i get the phone doing all the quest and fill the bar at the meantime.
but under sms i cant so anything. just see the 4 girls and nothing

Use the in-game walkthrough. Have you spoken with Vanessa about the doc? The doctor comes for the first time the day after you ask Vanessa about her, then you meet her, need to fill the bar, and then open up your phone and text her. After that just check the front door (in the afternoon I think, but it should tell you).
i start new now and she tell me before i know all 4 girls about the doc. after waiting 2 days doc still not coming
i dont get it. is the version brocken or something?or do i have to wait in a room?
