Which bit don't you get?
Are you using the walkthrough mod? If you are using the walkthrough mod, it's only for version 1.4.0, so you'll never get to take Mia to the photo studio.
So I installed version 1.5.2 without the mod, loaded my save game, and then I could go to Mia and see the option for the photo studio.
Aaah...the MC's face is still so fucking weird, I have yet to get over it lol.

im confused is there incest? a thread said there was (the one with the massive list of incest games) but there is zero patch and the women that i guess is suppose to be MC's mom doesn't recognize him at all
Looking at the top tags there is no incest listed and that's not the MC's mom so of course she's not going to recognize him at all.

Technically, there's some sex scene with the sister and mother I think at the end, if memory serves, that's about it.

The image has the .PNG format but the error states ('Failed to decode WEBP',) which could mean that it's one of those crunched files as many crunched ones had a different format tag then what they really were so it could be that the crunched file is corrupted or something. You could see if extracting the game files and then resaving it in .WEBP format and seeing if it works you might have to also change the .WEBP part in the script file as well.

There is no incest. The MC "looks" only as the missing child of the house milf. His real mom is someone else.
I do believe that the game had a potential to make a plot twist. Something like that he actually is her real son, but he was kidnapped and taken in by another family. He might have suffered amnesia which he never recovered due to it happening at such a tender young age.
At the end of the story we see a woman that claims to be his mother that wishes to pick him up. It could also be that the dev got fed up with the title, changed the ending to be more of a rushed pick-up scene and left it there. I could certainly have made the plot at least 2-3 times longer from where it stopped and that's without any plot outlining.

I was only looking through his log, and trying to see what could be happening.
It's possible he's using a crunched version or had a mod before maybe.

+1 with the image error at neighbor's pool. The image is not actually missing, but it's can't be read/decoded.
Considering this is the final version, it really needs a new version to fix it.
