the anticheat is scripted, the story tells you that you need that amount of cash for something (i don't rembeber) but if we use the roulette, this game will probably lasts a week. I think that the developer is going to introduce another way to get money (webcam) so you can go forward with the npcs.
I too am getting an error when having to reassemble the photo. I also noticed the story loops after getting caught doing webcam, then meeting the 3rd daughter.

hello, I have a problem, I can't make money, roulette tells me I'm cheating and if I try to repeat the webcam scene, it repeats itself over and over and money doesn't always come from the chat. how can I do? Do you have a save with enough money in it or is there another way?

1. Payed Mia $200 for peeping at her in the shower.
2. Payed her an additional $200 for peeping at Vanessa as well.
3. Did the cam show with Mia, incl. with the Mask.
4. Meet Vicky after beeing caught by Vanessa.
5. Did the puzzle with Vicky.
After this doing another Cam Show with Mia, it keeps going back to point 4.
Also the Webcam does not pay out the money.
Any webcam show after the 1st one only adds $200 instead the $500 they need to pay before she drops her pants.

After doing a couple more cam sessions, Mia finaly proceeded and reached the end of this version.

Error on the puzzle, can't even see it let alone attempt to do it
i did it like 20 times nothing works i got more than 10k from roulette doesn;t give it to vanessa, Mia still the same i haven't paid her once though for peeping
