Short answer is no. The way the arousal system works it needs that range or it goes a bit kooky. Maybe some magic ritual could do something like that in the future or a trait might have an impact there but nothing currently. It would likely be a means to increase the gain rate as opposed to raising the base level.

As for the gum I belive the drug dealer on the subway sells it but its magical so only in a magic enabled playthrough.

The cheat menu does that, to a minimum of 50 at all times (it's under "Recurrent cheats")

I'd like to point out some possibly unnoticed problems with the reproduction system. One is that sometimes with twins, especially if the twins have different dads, one will be born and the other not, causing problems with future pregnancies. The other twin will be born and so on in each following pregnancy. Also, child ages can suddenly be severely screwed up for no apparent reason.

It is a left over from the original game, and because nobody really wants to touch it, it will remain that way

Does it mean that for now no writer/dev took time to expand this fetish, or that because it is somewhat too "touchy" it is kind of a no go for them ?

In the first case, I could contribute in that way (not coding but maybe ideas/writing).

Well you should check that in their tf forums, were the team is working in the game, last time i check they split the work between people, so you could ask over there if you can contribute storys and plot for that stuff, maybe someone will code for you if you write the storys, the only thing is that you have to register to be able to comment and see the forums.
