I've noticed lately that whenever I'm engaged in the Anya-Roma-me threesome during the 18:00 hour, it will end after some 20-25 mins or so and then I'll be out in the hall. If I do mundane things until after 19:00 then go back to talk to Anya, many/most of the times her dialog pops up as 'Anya doesn't look happy with you. "You promised to join me and Roma, what happened? Well maybe next time..." '
Something is causing it the 3-way to not be recognized as having happened. I also have made it to the room after 18:30 or 18:45 or so and got the same response as having missed it, so there's a small window in (I'm guessing) the first half hour to do this.

I had to run a translate on it but this looks correct so not sure what the problem is.

I went through this quest line a few weeks ago and fixed multiple issues with it. The current 2018-11-15 dev build doesn't contain my fixes (I just checked). Until the next dev build is released you'll have to set 'sisThank = 1' in the console after having the threesome with Anya and Roma. You are correct that you have to enter your room in the first 30 minutes of hour 18 in order for the event to trigger.

Yeah, I finally got around to doing it.
There hasn't been much new content, hence the delay, but when you were talking about fixes not being in the dev build yet I thought it was about time I did make a new build.

Since the MC can become a pornstar and a streetwalker/prostitute (plus being part of that brothel if you get captured at the gas station and becoming part of a brothel is one of the paths afterwards) I was wondering can she also become an escort (like meeting clients at hotels or one of the homes the MC can own or the clients home). I know escort and prostitute are the same thing yet there are also differences as well like having an agency and/or have a website or be part of a sex worker website/forum but I'm wondering if there is an escort option in the game or if there is one planned.

I was pushing for an escort service to the tourists in Pushkin but no one would bite.
There was talk among devs about adding a sex worker advertising on the internet option, that would be more prostitute for hire than escort though. Not sure what happened as its gone quiet...
No, you can clear the weather but not keep it clear. It would mess up some of the event timings but if it had a warning then I guess a cheat could be added.

I joined the dance troupe and practiced maybe 5-6 times at most, did one performance, turned down her offer the entertain her clients afterwards (still a virgin, so didn't want to do it), and the police guy (can't recall the name) is already hitting me up to confess. I'm not sure what the triggers are for that, but as the character has done nothing besides practice and dance one time, it seems quite premature for him to threaten me.

This really could go either way. Perhaps the cop doesn't know that you didn't participate or is wanting you to rat out your friends who did. If you receive punishment for not participating by the police then it should probably be fixed. Police are allowed to lie and threaten in order to gain a confession (at least in the United States, I'm sure it's worse in Russia).
I got kicked out from the cool clique despite being super friends with everyone and mainting divine looks...I do not have any bad reputation with anyone or in town... What gives?

Really? It's things like this that I wish I knew how to develop games so I would implement the idea/s myself (along with my own fetishes and how I may want the MC to develop into) for anyone who may be into this since I have a few ideas myself on the escort and prostitute path/s.
When you went to bed on the previous day was your coolkids group relationship is below 20. In your save game the value is 15
So this code is executed "event"
