If that is what they are referring to, that is very old original as in before ETO mod original content I believe. I don't think anyone but me has ever touched that location and all I did was clean a few things up and expand the Djibril stuff.
If so there is likely little content for those guys and there is no current plans to work on that location anytime soon.

Yes, as I said, you meet them there, and they take you to their apartment in residential area in the city for a "good time". After you can return, like every three days, and choose to service one, or the other, or both. They give you money. After a couple of times you can ask to speak with the boss, and ask him if he has work. So far I've gotten to the boss saying "she is not ready yet". And now I can't go back.

No not getting deleted, just saying they are very old content and no one has done anything with them for likely a decade. For now all I can say is what is there is likely all that will be there for sometime and we are unlikely to touch it as it does work, until we do a full revamp of it. Which will likely be done in year 6+ of the game and we are working on year 2.

See the post I just made, it is very old content and much of that has obscure triggers and often make little sense, but until we do a revamp it is unlikely to be touched, as it does technically work.

I played this content some time ago with Sveta. It leads to going to the swimming pool were she has group sex then been able to access the brothel in the residential area. I cant remember what triggers it but I think you have to keep going back to the sporty guys flat in the residential area and entertaining them until the boss arrives and is happy

no age restriction in casino for now, maybe implented later
unnecessary because there is an innate cheat option that lets you adjust vaniables including money in debug
which makes casino thingie unnecessary

If you mean they dont answer the door you have to try different times or maybe days. The boss said no to my sveta but after 4 or 5 visits he comes back and is happy. Kevin mentioned a limited number of visits but that never happened to me. They often did not answer the door and I just kept going back.
