My max is like 5 months. Because Holy molly my work schedule that time was like working in Hell. I worked double shift from 6am to 5pm (1 hr break it also includes 30mins coffee break) second shift was 6pm to 10pm It lasted about 3 weeks.then I worked graveyard shift (10pm to 6am) Im like a walking zombie that time. My weight that time was like 65 kg then goes down to 54 kg. I couldn't Masterbate because Im so tired. My only daily routine that time was. Waking up,Breakfast, Shower,Work,Sleep. From September to end of January. Good money but f not gonna do that again (Im only in my early 20s that time I need experience that is why I signed up for that job it's fun especially learning new things but it's super f exhausting)

And i kinda of have a say about it, when i had an operation, i stayed 2 months in nofap, bro the comeback was some next level nut, after a while it came back to the usual, but i recommend everyone to try it
