My understanding is it is not just Patreon/Paypal related. I'm not an expert in russian law but if the author is under that, I thought there were potential legal ramifications as well. The translation modding type approach seems like a decent compromise. If the content is found as part of the game then you cannot easily shift blame to another. I know others publish without concern but presumably the author has found their line in the sand.

I disagree, I believe it to be a render. By looking at the trees, especially the branches, they don't look natural to me. As for the shadows, it seems to me that DS has some excellent knowledge of lighting techniques. I wonder if she has some photographic or film experience.

He's not. He said it multiple times on his discord that he's a man and there is no reason to doubt him. Moreover his games are much more porny than games of women.
