Well, the game is a year old and from what I can see on the Patreon they're discussing who the main character should lose her virginity to, so...
I don't like too big boobs, but Alice's and Kate's boobs are too tiny on this image. Ann's and Lisa's boobs were good size in old Big Brother. Alice's boobs are too tiny in old BB too.

As for the "how grindy?" question, the answer is yes.
There is a laptop you can buy that doesn't do much now. It costs $1000. You can earn $30/day doing the only job in the game. There is a quest that requires you to be in exactly the right place at the right time to roll a chance at triggering the scene. The chance is not great, maybe 20-25%. This can only happen a couple of nights during the week. You need to trigger it 10 times to complete the quest.

I tried searching for this, but I honestly don't even know what to search for:
I played this a while yesterday, booted it up today again. First thing I noticed was the fact that my money was set back to $100 and then I checked my character stats, and indeed, they were back to their base levels from the start of the game (all of them, including relationship stats with characters). This is true for my hard-save and all my auto-saves.
Is this a common bug? Is there a way to avoid it? Should I avoid using hard-saves and only use the auto-saves? Should I avoid reloading all together?

All missions have rolled back as well; Julia wishes to help Kate with her shyness again, if I find wine at work, Lien starts here gossip mission from the start again. Seems true for most things, like the game has restarted from day 1, but it's day 15.

I haven't tried Glamour yet, but I was a big fan of Big Brother. Now that he's including the BB characters in here I might have a look. In all honesty, the one big thing I really wanted out of BB that never happened was Max taking Lisa's virginity. If he includes that in this version, I'm all for it.

Their breasts are hardly tiny. Both girls have slim, athletic bodies, with breasts that are well within what you'd expect to occur naturally on a body like that. Your expectations and those of millions of others have just been skewed by factors such as society's emphasis on big breasts, including the prevalence of women in porn who either naturally have really big breasts or that had breast augmentation surgery done. As the general population gets heavier too, the average breast size had gone up. But these characters are basically optimized versions of the female body without ridiculous emphasis added to certain parts, or extra fat slapped onto the breasts, butt, or thighs because that's what the current trend is.
Again, Lisa doesn't really have microscopic boobs. And I don't get the association some people have that not liking massive breasts is somehow gay. If anything, needing hyper-exaggerated breasts and butt on a woman seems like over-compensating for something. I don't need oversized breasts or other body parts to remind me that someone is a woman, and especially in porn and online games, big breasts aren't exactly a valid predictor of what sex a character is. Or would you consider someone liking Lisa not gay if she really massive breasts, but also happened to have a penis? Personally, I don't think either makes sense on her body.
My emphasis in this case is on the girl herself as a whole, and not fetishization of one or more body parts. If you look at the models in a BB game, they are actually pretty artistic in how they're done versus the hypersexualization you see in most other games.
