You need the rule to get punished at Nicolas' office without panties, not in classes. You need more rule progression.
I have to agree with this.
There is indeed some 'quest' with incredible stupid things you have to do.

* Big Brother: I left the house to the massage several times (with $200) - got the full programm - paied $200 - but the text stayed white.
* Consequences: i found the cigarettes and hide them for Ann - but nothing happend. Maybe she didn*t find them?

Hey, I have made one kind of save editor,
Its lengthy process but it can help you to edit the save files. If you know python lang then its going to be easy for you.
EXTRACT attached file so there you can have saveedit.ipynb file.
Here are the Step:
- Go to google colab (just search on google)
- Create new notebook
- On top right corner there is FILE option click on that and the UPLOAD Notebook
- Upload notebook which I have attach with this (saveedit.ipynb)
- Now, There is going to be files option or symbol on left side click on that you are going to see folders there. Now find tmp folder and create filename1 folder inside that tmp folder
- Now right click on filename1 folder and then click upload, upload all the files present in the given location I have mentioned
- Now run that notebook which I have mentioned in saveedit.ipynb notebook files itself.
- With running that you will get downloaded file filename1.zip
- Extract that zip
- Remove all the files from that leveldb folder I have mentioned earlier and copy all the files present in that zip (in /tmp/filename1) to that folder. (MAKE SURE YOUR GAME IS NOT RUNNING AND BACKUP THOSE FILE BEFORE DELETING IT)
- Now you are ready to go
NOTICE:
I AM NOT SURE but you can copy all the files which is present in leveldb folder from one pc to another and it should work. So that way we can share saves from one person to another.
variable you see in that saveedit.ipynb, Its not necessary that only variables it has. It might have more but it can get unlocked after completion of some action. I don’t know which are the variables gets add later on but If you know this kind of variables that you can add directly in that saveedit.ipynb file so you can skip some lengthy events in the game.
DON’T FORGET BACKUP YOU SAVE FILES FROM ABOVE LOCATION I HAVE MENTIONED.

You do the massage over and over. It is continuous and is not just one task. It just opens up an event that Max can do every week/several times per week for fun.
Ann checks once per day. Wait until end of day and she will punish Alice during morning or evening meals. As long as you choose to 'Setup Alice' the event should trigger.

You search Alice's room. There are 3 options to search (bed, dresser and desk). Keep searching until you find the cigarettes. There are two options I think, it will be something like "put them back" or "Setup Alice". I don't have a Max playthrough right now since I started over so don't know the exact wording, but going from memory that should be correct. If you choose "Setup Alice" then it says something like you rehide them someplace mom will find them. At the next family meal she will get punished. Just be sure not to get caught by Alice searching her room or do it when she is not at home. If she catches you, you will lose lots of points with her. So either save before or be sure she is not around.
Also know you only need to do this a few times. After that, Alice will agree to accept spankings from you at the pool if you do not tell mom on her. Catch her smoking at the pool at 13:00 a few times and she will agree after the spankings from mom. Once you get to that point, stop mom's spankings and do it yourself (every day at 13:00) to progress with her training. Just know she does not like pain, so spank gently or lose her training and she will hate you and may not agree to spankings again (spank hard 2X in a row and I think and she refuses to be spanked again since near game start she is very, very DOM - I think the entire smoking quest resets and you have to start with mom's spankings all over again). You need her trust level high enough to do the massage and sensual massage section so don't blow it by trying to spank her hard or it will take you 10x longer to get through those sections. Just know she is DOM and may never fully submit to you.
Remember the way the game is currently designed with the current story paths only Kate's SUB path is done or even being worked on for either Kate or Max sides of the game. From the Max story, Kate is meant to be Alice's SUB so if you want to participate and play with her SUB you must be on Alice's good side. At least until the advanced maid jobs and later massage parlor opens then you can see the massage scenes and get more control on Kate. But if you want to continue and get the bedroom play with Kate and Alice, you have to play by Alice's rules. Nothing will change that since it is written into the game.

Try this :- Earn a punishment , Do NOT go to the office (ie earn a fine), Nicolas should then speak to you in the corridor .
Is there a way to track progress? Like how would I know when I've playing all the content in current version?

I simply can't get to catch Alice smoking. I have the quest, saying that she is smoking at 13:00 by the pool, but she is never there. I'm at day 67, and have already started progressing with Kate and Alice together. Anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

Definitely check the bug fix, but did you buy her cigarettes in the online store and give them to her? Remember that dialogue where she tells you she only smokes Marlboro but can't find them anywhere? Where she does it because it reminds her of dad? She has no source so you are her source. You need to constantly buy and give them to her. When you give them to her it also increases her mood and trust.
