Ya'll are using a save editor? If you go into your character preset folder you can easily navigate to your saves and edit everything in notepad. I guess adding specific items would be harder that way though. But you can also customize all the effects of equipment just opening the equipped items file in notepad.

The last update was January 10th this year and this month there will be an update too according to the roadmap

I'll correct myself: meaningful updates, as in new animations because as far as I can see there's the same enemies

wait another year like many other game in this site. sitting in act 4 or whatever they are for 4 years+
I mean... fair? But also not that unusual for this site.
Plus it's a platformer w/ survival elements with what looks like paper dolls and limited physics done by a solo dev. It's not like they're cranking out another Ren'py VN.
I agree with DoorFive that it may be better to just unsubscribe from thread and check if there's any progress in a year or two (if there's a game to remember by then).
The last update did add new animations. There's the dildo if you use it while you're lower half is exposed and you're not holding a weapon, the pink slime didn't have an animation before, and there's a gloryhole to be found by chance in the first floor bathrooms of cafes. Oh, and all the gay stuff was made to function. Used to just magically change into a girl I believe when you got grabbed. Plus I wouldn't call the customization not meaningful, though that was an earlier update. This one also added the status effect system and more customization options.
There's definitely pregnancy stuff. Did you make sure to enable it in the other settings when starting your world? Also realistic will take a super long time to tell you you are since you'll have to wait till you're showing. You do have to wait until your character is in heat to become pregnant too.
FTR: If you're trying MPreg, it's not possible at this time. Character needs a vagina (can have a penis too) to get preg. Trust me, I've tried for way too long without a vagina while in heat.
Functionally it doesn't do much right now, though it does slow you down further, along with having a longer heavier gut time.

I haven't played much of the game but can anything get you pragnent or is it specific
I know the feral thing can as well as the anthro; unsure about slimes and pretty sure the plant can't.
