I got to 5th stage but how the hell are we suppose to get past the lava? I thought of using skeletons but they get shot down, the longe range plants also can't reach without being killed. I thought about making a couple long plants + healing plants but then I ran out of time. What's the strategy here?

unrelentingly hard. tutorial is beatable. the game suffers from throwing you in with a "good luck" and nothing else. slimes turn imps into bombs but that does no good when soldier spawn rate is random. the evolutions are trash unless you know how to used them. I feel stupid for spending ten minutes on level "1" trying combinations and tactics just to find out that unless your luck and mouse clicking is on point; you can't even reach "half health" b4 the timer runs out..... forget about beating him because those dmn towers take precise placement and troop luck to destroy

Hot take, but the game is actually not that hard. It's just very poorly explained. If it had a list with each discovered monster, their stats, effects and recipe, the game would be 10x more enjoyable.
