can you make it so we can change the mc name?
I do not want to do that, doesn't make sense for me when the character is already predetermined and a part of this world from the get go.

Ms. Bunny/Beatrice is probably my new favorite LI. Too bad, she doesn't want to leave everything behind either to go back home with Kreios. I haven't been this excited for a LI within the game for a long time.
We will get back there at a later point

I get the feeling that the Republic is going to be purged by the "enemies" as a den of sin, so that will give us some refugee heroines.

I am confused by this game it is written in renpy but the combat is basically rpgm it seems strange to write an entire combat engine for renpy when it's already built into rpgm.

Not a fan of rpgmaker honestly, always felt too clunky for me. Picked a simple backend focused engine and fiddled around with it while trying to learn coding. At some point it started to look like a game and here we are

On the Bandit´s secret, Does the Mc have to be ALONE on the first round for the secret chara to appear? Or he just needs to be part of the first wave, with a couple of sidekicks to help him?

You can spawn as many as you want, but Kreios has to be in the first wave for it to count. It takes about 6 times max to trigger it

Sweet, Ms. Bunny/Beatrice didn't strike me as obsessive as Vespera is towards Kreios, but it's not far behind. Kreios being back in her presence definitely dug back up a lot of feelings she never thought would see the light of day once again.

When are we going to unlock the other council members? The spymaster is sitting there doing nothing non-sexual and our witch is not developing new formulas.

The spymaster is working on building the network and Kreios didn't really need it much previously, Nyxia is most likely researching whatever she wants since once again Kreios didn't need anything specific, but I think things are about to change.

Currently the plan is the following: about 2-3 updates before i start working chapter2. Will need to update some old data structures, as i didn't know what i was doing when i started and i need a transition to fix those, as updating on the live version can lead to problems, figure out the multipersistence across games, so i can transfer the saves. Update the old parts of the combat module, then start chapter 2 with expanding the map system.
When it comes to the council, secretary position will be the first to take place, as we will get a bit into diplomacy and politics. Then spymaster. Witch will likely come later, as her position is more on the fun side of things.
And I lost my remaining day off, so that's not helping the situation either.

Found a bug. Get an error screen when I try to replay the "Long called for" event.

Yeah, it was reported earlier. Also the editor breaks after bandit map generation. Didn't have much time to rebuild and reupload everything though.

I hope this will be on Mac one day!
It's the matter of testing that's stopping me. I was able to test the android version via emulation and had people on my discord help with testing on actual devices. Luckly the ren'py handles all the build stuff so it went without issues.
Same is the case with Mac, except I cannot test it at all, all I can do is make a build, without even being able to confirm whether it's working. There are few extra steps that would require my attention such as app signing, also i remember reading about having to include launcher as sometimes the app would close itself upon running. If someone could hop in my discord, test the build and work with me on ironing out the possible issues, I could easily devote some of my time to make it happen.

Am i the only one who can't figure out how to play? I get thrown into combat without ANY explanation on how to play this. Not sure I'm going to bother trying to figure out what I'm supposed to click to actually kill anything.

Edit:
Finally figured out how. I am absolutely now a fan of the combat system as it feel extremely clunky. I might finish the game but if the combat is always this bad I doubt I will.

And when it comes to clunkiness, what's bothering you exactly? Any particular points or is it just in general? People rarely elaborate, so I have little to go on about this. To me it seems like a standard system

My complaint is that without a tutorial, I'm left guessing as to what I'm supposed to do. That's probably why it felt clunky as it took me quite a while to figure out how to do the combat properly. Even a brief tutorial would have made a huge difference. Might be a bug on my end since it didn't show up.

Well, might be simple for us. Won't hurt to explain it better for those who are less familiar with the genre. Especially since it's not what you'd expect from a ren'py game
And the current tutorial closes on a click anywhere on the screen, so they might have just dismissed it without knowing. Probably a good idea to remade the screen with a dedicated confirm button
