Al inicio tienes que ir a la puerta de arriba a la izquierda para entrar en la parte oscura de la mansión, que es donde buscas a las compañeras (la que está más cerca de la chimenea y el loco negro que hace de cheat menu, puedes pedirle plata y cosas pero puede bugearte el juego), la puerta de abajo a la izquierda se ocupa al final del día para interactuar con ellas en sus habitaciones después de hacer misiones o de descansar en el sillón al lado del John, y la puerta de enfrente es para ir a la guild, hablas con la Luna en el mostrador y ella te da las misiones, son tres y con eso completas el capítulo 1, pero dependiendo de como la hagas puedes demorarte los 30 días que te dan para el final en el que pierdes todo
Igual hice una guía que está por acá para el que por ahora, es un final bueno en el que no le hacen netorare al Kazuma
El capítulo 2 es como la intro nomás para encontrarte con los otros dos antagonista, el John de nuevo y un gordo que sale en el anime, y el 7 que puedes saltar a ese de inmediato esta bugeado y se congela cuando sale la Silvia

I only follow a few games, my list is Karry Prison, Teaching Feeling, Winter Memories, Konosuba, and all of Fujino's games.
Are scenes in the recollection room unlocked as you play or are they all available from the beginning?

Also with the dev being radio slient the whole time don't forget that. Like the game may not be dead but it isn't looking good so far.
The girl you want to see The scene must have fallen to Jhons and then in any battle in any place you can trigger by letting The combat dure 5 or more turns... So Jhon steals The girl and then you must search for then in the map (in Town skirt they are in the place near where is The final boss)

The end of the first part is to decide if John can stay or not in the mansion.
If you let them get corrupted so far they will vote for John to stay (iirc after 30 ingame days or after you complete the 3 guild missions)
You end the first part. Depending on how it plays out I think, you move to part 2, with the demon woman in red (forgot the name) and its still in progress. It's actually a mess and at the end of ch2 you get stuck.

That woman is a linear bad end route- it's not part 2. To get to part 2 you ignore her crystal after part 1 ends.
