As far as a walkthrough mod, I don't think the old one will work with the remake. At least, I didn't try it to see.

For the incest patch, do we really need one? It is called GODSON. You can't be someone's Godson if they are your mother. Maybe an Aunt, but that might be a stretch. Usually Godparents are not related to your parents. If it was his aunt, the game would be called NEPHEW.

press SHIFT+G when you see that screen,
change rendering to angle2 at the top
and then quit at the bottom,
relaunch the game.
