Yeah, not in your save file because he doesn't seem to default variables like so:
default Hobosallowed = False

So it won't get entered into your save unless you reach that choice where the variable is created and set.

For the first one at least, meet her in the living room at 2300 and finger her until she has a conversation about how much she likes it. Then you can gift her the nightie from the clothing store at 1900, and it'll open up new options in the living room at 2300.

Haven't figured out the second one yet.

Having to milk Dottie 10 times in a row while holding CTRL and spamming left click is really not fun at all.

To each their own fetishes, but man, I really hope I'll never ever ever ever see Dottie again. See you guys in one year for the next update, crossing fingers we'll get bunch of content with Diana or any other main LI.
