I played version 0.5, and I have to say, what it delivers is good. I compare this to other games that I have played, this includes on their updates. However, considering the progress since July, if this is the pace he can maintain, it will take years or even decade (just messing with "decade") to finish this game—especially when compared to his roadmap on the Patreon info page. I know Dottie is kinda finished for the main story; he did more than usual (a few things are left for Dottie, which will be done in the future). According to his roadmap, there is still a lot to do.
About version 0.5:
If you don't like oversized breasts, you might be disappointed with this update (there is a bit content for others but not that much). The next update, version 0.6, which was voted on, will focus on Diana (the mom).
I want to say, don't lose hope on this one. It's really a good game; it needs a chance with financial support and a good audience.
It's my two cents.

It seems to me that the heading on the Patreon page has changed and some new faces have appeared
The first person on the left could be Diana's sister, it seems to me that they share some facial features and that they would match in age. The fourth from the left is red-haired, but appears to be younger; maybe a cousin.
The last one has a nice bust, maybe related to Dottie.
Here we see Mathilda in the inquisitor's jumpsuit and it seems that she is wearing a cross on a chain (it seems that the theology has changed, until now it was saints and religion without a deity, and now a symbol that the inquisition wears is a cross).
The third person from the left is unknown, earlier in one of the published previews a similarly dressed woman appears in the background in a village setting. The new character being introduced is called Nansy, at least that's how it was written earlier, it could be her.
