Yeah, that was the only one scene which also didn't unlock for me. I repeated both actions at least 15 times, and ultimately unlocked it via unlocker linked in the OP. But when I looked at it after unlocking in Memories, it is exactly this scene and there doesn't seem to be anything more, just the cunningulus. So I guess it's just bugged now, or there was some other small detail I missed to unlock it naturally.
