I'd say the complexity of all the different story lines is probably getting a bit too much, now with regards to this preview it is a hell of a lot better than the V.20 preview. All my different playthroughs had something going on

I feel like story wise we're basically in a corner. There just really isn't too much further to go. What else really is there that's unresolved?

Ash has "gone" bad (or resisted it). Eric is back, or gone forever. Ash can be in a new relationship with one of many other characters. She's already found out about the wheel, she's had sex with basically everybody...

I mean, in theory sure you can keep the game going and have just an endless string of sexy scenes, but as far as the plot goes we're just about ready to reach a conclusion.

Yeah I've been saying for a while it should either just end, stop as a "Chapter 1" or there should be a time skip where you see the result of Ashley's choices and either you play as an older Ash or another girl on the path of corruption with Ash making an appearance in the story.

There's not enough that can be done with the story for another 0.8 worth of story to be consistently interesting unless it just becomes a total silly soap opera and it doesn't need 0.8 worth of bugfixes.
A time skip with Ashley's various paths coming to fruition would be coolest I think.
I mean I'd love to have one where she's married to Eric and you can just cheat on him constantly until he goes on another crusade and dies.

I was thinking that for some time we could switch to good Jessica path seeing all her art school adventures and stuff, of course also some lewd content because she's still got it in her good route.
Also there should be Ash + Jess on good path, living together and doing some stuff or some travelling to cool places overall. There's still a lot of routes to explore of course, but it will be really hard with that amount of characters introduced and only 5-6 scenes per update.
Or the girl from Eric's picture that is somehow alive coming to town.

I mean good girl gone bad is good enough title that it doesnt have to mean only one girl.

I can understand a lot of people's views on the story, but I disagree that there isn't enough room for progression. Things have just started in many aspects and a lot can result from decisions. Things can clearly pick up from the story of the mother/new boyfriend, the boss (Ryan) story, the trainer (transgender), the gang if joined and possibly other things too.

Relationships could possibly come to a total end with Jack, Arthur, Tyrone or progress. I think the creator of this series does a good job a fitting a lot into the story that people tend to want to push things in their own direction or another direction completely because they think it's not only possible, but genuinely a good idea.

Currently, I really think things are on a cliffhanger. I really see things going in a lot of directions, but we all think differently. I really feel like the story works best with it's title in mind "a girl gone bad". There are many routes to go, but I feel like you miss out on a ton going the good girl trying to be good.

I could guess at where things are going, but I really rather just be pleasantly surprised at what the creator has in store. It's been fun so far and really I don't see what lies ahead as being boring or the same old-same old. I can't speak for anyone, but I imagine there is a story that is being told and it has direction(s) it is going that is already planned. When it is over, then it is over. But not until then. ^^

I really don't see why there should be an ending. There are TV shows with more than ten seasons and going strong. Comic Books that have decades of continuity.

However, a good compromise, I think, would be for EK to lead all the different Ashleys into the same status quo. For instance, if she thinks the ending should be Ashley having a monogamous relationship with Dave and maybe leaving for a new town, Thug Ashley quits the hard life, leaves drugs and ends up with Dave. Lesbian Ashley breaks up with Eva and ends up with Dave. Ashley in a relationship with Dave continues the same except if she's cucking Dave she decides to stop.

That would allow for a Good Girl Gone Bad 2 where Ash is the same for all players, no matter what she chose to do in 1.

I hear you. I just feel some situations like Arthur, the gang and especially the mother/new boyfriend situations can get crazy. Ashley's mother is into some serious stuff that is something that can appeal to Ashley. Even Jessica warns Ashley that Arthur can be trouble (which kind of already can happen). Gang situation seems a bit nuts too. That can't end well. Drug addiction is also a big factor. These are just a few examples.

The problem with him is he's really hard to fit into the story unless you go with the good girl route going from one good relationship with Eric and into another with his friend Dave because maybe Eva messed up too much. Story ends. Unless you cheat on Dave. Doesn't make a lot of sense. Unless you can make Dave turn into another person. He's clearly a good guy. Maybe I'm missing something?

Yeah but the difference with those is that the story is left with dozens of interesting directions, GGGB has meandered in basically every direction already.
They're also filled with tons of characters that get backstories whereas this is almost 100% focused on Ashley, very few things that focus on one character pull off lasting a very long time.

And with this being an adult game it'll be damn hard to keep the sex scenes interesting going forward.

Also new branches with work. Office work, other work possible.
There is an opportunity to play in porn. For good Ashley and for bad Ashley. It is just a business. Development in the porn business. Timid steps at the beginning and full trash in the future.

Are they, though? Hey another season of Supernatural... I wonder if they are going to have to save the world from demons... again. Another season of the Walking Dead? Mmmmh... Maybe the main characters will start an accounting company and- oh, no, no, they just face another band of evil survivors while avoiding the zombies.

Same with lots of stuff. Most sitcoms are just the same people in the same places telling jokes and nothing really happens to them. Why should sex scenes be any different?

Yeah, I can't stress it enough and feel like I'm beating a dead horse horse here. You have to admit, things have just kind of gotten started with almost every person aside from Eric, Arthur, Eva, Jess, Dave and Jack. That sounds like a long list of people (and it kind of is) but for the others things have just gotten started. Jasmin, Ryan, the gang, possibly Tyrone and still the biggest ordeal I think is the mother. I left out the father, didn't I? I guess that could be a big deal too. Doug is kind of a funny character to me. At least the bad girl route he's just meat. But I will say, he gets great intimate artwork.

If things ended abruptly with the open ended relations currently, it would really not fit with the story. I think this story has been really packed with a ton of interaction that people aren't used to. Most of the content here really makes you wait for any interactions. I really like that about GGGB. Also, the replay value in this story for variations is sweet. My experience so far is the bad girls have more fun (a lot more). I can give a dozen or so ideas of what I'd like to see, but as things have been going I'm much more interested in what the creator has in store.

I have a suggestion. Right now Ash only gets the daddy pubis tattoo if she's fucking Arthur but not with her daddy. There should be an option to get the tattoo if she's with her actual daddy as well.
