Is the path with bernard over? I have noticed that the updates have stopped for him
I'm pretty sure it's still going, Bernard's been getting a small scene every two or three updates since that storyline peaked.
It's been fizzling out a bit, the scenes are a bit same-same, but they've served to display a deepening relationship between the two of them.
I'm hoping for a twist or two in their relationship before the game comes to an end. Or maybe some big (public) commitment to each other to close out that storyline.

Ash could take Bernard on a date to The Wheel, where he can see how far his wife has fallen and the two of them can leave, satisfied that their relationship, frowned on as it is, still is more respectable than what she has become.

So is there absolutely no way for Eric not to die while in committed relationship? I realize that he's very poorly written and most likely on purpose to be the springboard for the main character to start her "corruption" or whatnot, but it's almost silly how even if you try to stay 100% good the game just smacks you over the head with "Nope, he's dead, kek. It's a porn game, dude, lol"

I personally havnt gone down the path of corruption but have to admit that the way Erik was done didnt actually feel bad. Its actually pretty smart marketing if you played regulary without knowing the different pathes because that incident actually makes you wonder 'Hm - wonder what it would have been like if i had dumped Erik?' and start a new playthrough.

Yes there is... If you look at the Change log in the first page there's even a "Eric's Funeral / Homecoming" part , i did quite a few plays, on one he's still alive and a massive cuck, that goes along with ashley's choice to sleep with other people, and do cam shows

I'd like to see a sequel that somehow lets you play as Eva (I've always found her hotter than Ash)

I am not sure I would rate Ashley as "committed" to Eric in your scenario.

The writing itself is not bad per se, it's just not good in terms of gameplay. First time I played I was really surprised that the game had balls to deliver on such an obvious bit of foreshadowing that basically said "He's gon die, go bang everyone". I expected consequences. There is huge disconnect between what kills him and player's actions. Contrast with Dave, where there is a clear action-consequence link, you can warn him and he doesn't get put into coma, or don't and then he's out of the game in a way that actually makes sense.

I'm looking at v21 scene guide, and it seems to me that Eric's return requires "bad" points? Speaking of points, there is no list for all obtainable point's is there?

Not exactly. The ONLY thing needed for Eric to survive is Ash teasing him with one of the red choices during any cybersex session, but Ash doesn't really need to go ahead and fuck other people, only tease him (if she doesn't do anything she will even tell him so later when he is back, something along the lines "I haven't done anything, but the idea still excites me"...).

How and why Eric survives then hasn't been exactly explained (yet) but I like to think the other Erics die trying to protect the cute euro chick, while an Eric that is a closeted cuck (or just jealous because of Ash's teasing) hides and saves his ass.

No, the choices are red because they are red in the game. You don't need any bad points at all. You only have to make the right decisions.
There is a list for the first good and bad points in the beginning of the scene guide. After that its quite easy to get the necessary points.

I was more interested in maximizing points, kinda like ultimate good / bad route if that makes any sense. Can I look inside the game somehow?
