Wow. Why is Good Jess so popular? We got one scene with her and that's likely the last we will ever see of her. Bad Jess on the other hand just had a nice scene in V22 and there is probably more to come.

From what I've been able to determine you need to be good up until you get the purple dress outfit. The options are "I want to look sexier" and "I just want to be myself" and you need to pick "I just want to be myself". This seems to be what allows you to greet Ryan nicely at the gym. This also means you can't have Arthur as your sugar daddy, though I'm not 100% sure about it, but I haven't been able to get a save with both.
After you get that outfit you can more or less be as bad as you want, so you can be an addict, sell nudes, be a cam girl etc. Obviously you can't join the gang.
Nah, not really that surprising imo. I checked it and in the last female poll, more than a year back (so before that threesome), she ended fourth: Jasmin was third back then and there was only one Jess. While not as big as Eva or Jess (or Arthur and Tyrone among the males) I think Iris has been pretty popular from the start, EvaKiss realized this and not only retconned her sprite at some point (she was kind of "uglier" at the beginning) but iirc said in one Q&A she gave her more screen time because of her popularity among patrons.
