Well it's a really complicated "choose your own adventure story" for being fap material. If you were expecting some kind of visual map of the story I don't think it's doable without looking like the flow chart from hell. This game intersects it's stories a LOT. This isn't like Summertime Saga where each person's plot line is almost completely self contained.

Well it's complicated, you need the whore (or bimbo) outfit, for which you need 9- good points at 169R and at 266H you need 15+ so you have to gain at least 6 good points inbetween (while doing Ethan's plan or Dad or cheat on Dave)

You need to have a lot of good points for this (Good >=25), starting from the very beginning of the game. The guide has the beginning portions well described for this.
Saying to Eric that you will want to stay his girlfriend (without open relationship) can help to gain extra few good points.
And along all the game you need to support your father (be kind to him, spend dinner with him), watch incest porn, and kiss him when the game provide you with the options.
You can still fuck Jack, Tyrone, and your boss (Ryan) though.

You have to be good for the most part. So in the early game you have to do the good choices, always take his side and support him in all your choices. You can't join the gang and you can't do the Arthur story line (at least until the funural after which you can do the drugged story line with Arthur) you need to masturbate to incest porn and you need to let him watch you masturbate. At least those are the main points I remember.
