Went back to this game for the time in a while and managed to get the Ash/Eva/Iris threesome that I missed out on before and it was pretty hot.
Now i'm just wondering how you get the route where Ash becomes the leader of a gang and you get Eva by your side? What steps do I have to take to ensure that happens?

Writing this off memory but it has been a long time since I last played.
Let Jack corrupt Eva at the start (don't have too many bad points [5+?] during the first gym visit so that Jack will pursue Eva instead, then don't warn Eva about Jack's intentions).
When corrupted Eva invites Ash to go to Wilson's place agree to do so and have Ash go along with the sex (don't have her deny that she's enjoying it).
Work with the gang to mug a guy.
Have enough bad points to join the gang when the opportunity presents itself (20+?).
Then when Wilson plots to betray the gang's leader, choose to side with Wilson.
I know there are a couple bad ends that can happen in the gang route (death and prison), I don't remember the exact decisions needed to avoid those but it shouldn't be hard to figure out while playing, just keep a few safety saves. I also don't remember if Ash becoming a drug addict interferes with the ending and stops her from getting to a leadership position.
Dunno how I managed that, but alright.

Thanks. Also downloaded the patch and it looks you can finally get an "open relationship" ending with Eva as I invited her to the pool party and during the final slideshow I got a scene of the two of them having sex and text saying they still found time for one another.

OK I managed to get the crime boss ending with Eva(in spite of somehow not getting the mugging with Eva and getting addicted to drugs, so I can confirm those are not a factor), pretty cool overall, though when playing that route I did encounter a bug when I tried to pay Jessica to sleep with Eric's dad, I got a bug-screen and had to roll back. I was able to get that scene to play after reloading a save and changing a few things(I.E. living with Jessica instead of Mom and Ethan).

Well, this game was seriously fucking impressive! I only did the Jack route, but goddamn I am just blown away by how much content there is! I might dive back in for some of the other content, but I feel pretty damn happy with Jack's route.
Sorry if this was already obvious, but I can't stop laughing every time Eric's dad shows up because he's basically Sapper Morton from BR2049.
Makes me like him a lot more than I should, haha.

If I recall correctly:
Don't be too slutty when first meeting him. Then you go your separate ways for a while, make sure to build up both blue points and red points. When you get to the beach event, hang out with him all the time (Sun lotion, etc). After that, he'll want to get together for casual sex every now and then. If you have enough good points, you can basically have him fall in love with you.
It's such an awesome route, basically Bad Boy Gone Good.

1. Be very friendly with Jack & don't deny his advances. Must have atleast one piercing and/or tattoo before meeting him on the beach. This locks in on his path.
2. If you want love relation after caught by paparazzi choose "you don't mind" (or something like that. Not exactly sure of line).
3. Continue choosing blue options with Jack to get love route.
4. You can then choose to be his GF or FWB. (Spoiler: More story & scenes in GF route)
5. There is also option for pure FWB route if you choose red options most of the time.
