I still wish to see this project finished one day, but it's honestly difficult to keep the passion of interest alive for so long before moving on to the next shiny thing that catches our attention, this goes for both as a developer and as a consumer.
That's completely understandable, but you'll come back anyway because you'll look at the other new games, you'll see games with AI-generated CG, videos, none of which will have any soul or interest.
And you'll think back to the games that creators like me work their asses off to make (and I'm far from being the only one), doing things right and getting pirated 93% of the time, and you'll finally say it wasn't so bad.
