Hi everyone, it's time to give you some news about Extra Life.
First of all, I would like to announce that Extra Life will never be available on Steam. We did everything we could, the name of the game has been changed, the main plot has been modified in the version I sent them, and areas that did not appear have been created especially for the Steam version and increase the chances of passing the validation.
Despite all this, it didn't work...
This news made me a bit depressed but that's how it is... I don't have the power to fight against them, they have the monopoly, and they can do whatever they want. So I'm going to concentrate on what I can do best, which is to continue to develop Extra Life, the name will stay that way, and there will be other opportunities.
In the meantime, Extra Life will remain exclusive on Itch.io, SubscribeStar, and Patreon.
Regarding the development of version 0.6, everything is going as planned, it should arrive in mid-December. Thank you again for your support, in the last few months I have noticed the first drop in revenue on Patreon and I can understand it, the 0.6 version took much longer to develop than expected. I will do my best to improve it for the next updates.
Version 0.7 will be dedicated to Yasuka and version 0.8 could be the return of NorikoTake care of yourselves
After consultation with the contributors, the name change of the game has been accepted by 80%.

What you mean to say is that you don't care. But some people do. Art is the mirror of the soul, and even if you don't consume this story as art but as pure wank material it still reflects your own personality. If nothing else it should make someone who's into the dark, rapey aspects of some games question their own tastes. At the end of the day, joke's on whoever's into that shit, as the dev seems to be pretty based and the Yasuka corruption route isn't what I had originally thought it would be.

Most people don't. Or if they do, they're unwilling to talk about their most personal and private thoughts and feelings with their friends, because they want them to stay friends.
One of the major advantages to talking to a therapist is that the therapist is supposed to listen to you without judging you. So you can feel much safer and more comfortable talking to them than pretty much anyone else.
I mean, I've got friends I would literally help hide bodies for, and vice-versa, but I still wouldn't talk to them about my feelings.

I'm sorry, If you can't even open up with people who you claim that you'd help hide a fucking body for and vice versa but telling them about your problems without judging is where the line is crossed then as I have learned those motherfuckers aren't your god damn friends. Because unfortunately there are limits to what your friends can do for your mental health, but psychologist & psychiatrist are professional careers that specialize in the study of the mind, the health of the mind and how can be restore... The first can study you by evaluating your conduct, personality, perception, thoughts, feelings and emotions towards situations, from that he can orient to you into your rehabilitation... The second, integrate all the above but aggregate the study of your genes and neurology to have a more precise insight of what exactly could be in reality your problem and if can be solved by just a normal therapy or give to you some drugs.
In the case of Yasuka, for years she spend energy and time wasted waiting for a man capable to satisfy her ideals, something that she develop since her father figure and then by the man she knews in her youth which is Noriko's Father that failed her, which tbh, isn't precisely something too healthy, moreover knowing the act Noriko was doing as "good girl" but being bitching and abusing towards MC while she does nothing, could reveal that perhaps she had some grudge towards men. Besides, there are different ppl around the globe, not all of them have many friends and depending how their lives have been, maybe they aren't too good or to afraid to have friends, to forge social connections that are needed for a good mental health too, so, for ppl like that, there are specialists.

You have to do the corruption path to unlock 3 areas, an ally next to the hostess club, a rundown area, and the hostess club lobby. You can also go inside the love hotel lobby and and a room inside on any route. The corruption route locations and love hotel were the new locations I was missing idk if it's the same for you.
