but I still prefer the model they used in the new games as she appears more feminine and pretty.
You gotta be drunk or something to think the model in the new Tomb Raider games looks more feminine and pretty! I have all 3 of them for PS4 and i can tell you that the model in the new Tomb Raider games looks like a 16 years old girl and it looks reeealy bad... Now the games, the story in the games and everything else is really good and i do enjoy playing all 3 of them but the model used for Lara it's really, really bad - i would realy enjoy playing all 3 of that new Tomb Raider games a lot more if the heroine was actually looking like a real 21-23 hot sexy girl with pretty face, bigger hipps and tits and much more feminine then looking like a 16 years old girl with no tits, flat as board, very skinny, not even a little sexy and feminine and with face that looks like a truck ran through it... Again, all 3 games are really enjoyable to play especially on PS,but the new Lara heroine looks realy, realy bad!

To each their own I guess. I like her new face and her body except for her chest which I do think is a bit small. I also like her soft British voice. I don't really mind if they made either her breasts or hips larger, but again I guess it's personal preference. I have no issue with her face, behind, hips, legs, etc.. Having long slender legs, thin arms, a thin neck, and fairly delicate features makes here seem feminine to me. I'm not sure what age she's supposed to be in the new games, but I'm guessing it takes place before the original games.

In the new Tomb Raider games Lara is 21,22 and 23 - each game with a year older, you can even check it in google and see by yourself! Only in the last game "Shadow of The Tomb Raider" Lara's face it's a bit better and she look one idea better then in the previous two games but still there's nothing really feminine in her - except may be her voice that you've mention and may be her hair! She may be a girl but that doesn't mean she is feminine - there are also guys who look feminine and girls that look more like a boy then a girl if you catch what i mean - and Lara in this new games looks more like a feminine teenage boy then a girl, the only way you can say she is a girl it's because of her long hair and that some oufits make her tits looks not so small, otherwise you can really mistake her for a boy and like i say it before she doesn't even look like 21-23 years old but more like some teenage girl that is no more then 16-17 years old. Probably if she was made to look like a 21-23 years old she was gonna look feminine and sexy, may be even a bit curvy(with bigger tits and ass/hipps) but instead they seems to decide to make her look like a teenage girl that doesn't have anything feminine except her voice or i guess you can also say like a feminine boy  Yes,everyone has personal preference but i think a girl/woman should look like girl/woman and be feminine so when you see her you will not mistake her for a boy - look at the movies with Angelina Jolie playing Lara Croft, she looks hot sexy and feminine while been a bad ass girl that fight and use guns - if Lara in the new games was made to look something like her it was gonna be the best - yes,the games are still really good,i've already say it that everything else in the games is made really good and it's really fun and enjoyable to play them especially on PS but it was gonna be much better if Lara was looking like a real 21-23 years old hot sexy girl!

You can see her curves pretty clearly. Her buttocks, hips, tummy, and thighs are all curvy. She has high round small cheekbones and chin that are very delicate (feminine). The only thing tomboyish about her to me is that she has no or limited makeup and wears pants. I'm not sure how you can say her face looks ugly, but that's your opinion. Considering he soft thing curves, delicate features, and soft voice I would consider her feminine. However, the definition of feminine doesn't define it as being thin or robust. Considering her soft voice and kind of girly sounding grunts I'd lean towards feminine. She may at times act like a guy, but doesn't really have the body or voice to back it up. Only in a game.

Holy run-on sentences, Batman! That screed contains only four sentences!

In any case, your assertion that LC in the Tomb Raider games looks "looks more like a feminine teenage boy then a girl" pretty much crushes any credibility in the rest of your response. She's not "girly girl," but she's definitely a woman and definitely mature.

She is a girl - a 21-23 student girl but she doesn't look like that, she looks more like 16-17 teenage! Mature woman you can call someone whose at least 35 or more!
From your comment it's pretty obvious you didn't even play the new trilogy of Tomb Raider!

I think they were just trying to make her look more athletic/muscular and less model/pornstar, which is more realistic compared to the older Lara bodytypes. When a female develops the musculature to do the sprinting and jumping and climbing that Lara's famous for, she's not gonna have the bodyfat needed for large breasts and really wide hips and some of that other stuff. Female athletes IRL end up looking like Simone Biles and Serena Williams, not Heidi Klum.

If you watched the animated series on Netflix, they take it even further than the games do, where she looks more like a Ronda Rousey/Brienne of Tarth bodytype.

Where the fuck do you live that 16-17 year old girls look like the model in this game? I personally prefer the look of the Wildeer model, but this game uses a very attractive, very adult looking model.

I wouldn't say they go nearly that far but she's got some on those guns in that show. Good for her.
Climbers and the like are usually more wiry rather than hulking which anyone who ever went climbing/bouldering can confirm.

But anyway:

Lol. So if you have died hard enough on your weird hill now we might as well be able to put the tombstone there now and get back to talking about the actual game or at least the character model used in it and the Reboots which look very much 18+.

Every time I download this and apply the 1.02 patch (and overwrite), I still get version 1.01. Anyone able to actually get it to say ver. 1.02?

The version 1.0.2 mostly fixes many typos in the texts. Additionally a missing background at the entry of the jungle village was fixed.

The separate downloadable 1.0.2 patch includes the text fixes only. It doesn't change the *.exe file or anything other than the XML text files.
If you want the complete version 1.0.2 (including the missing background image) you should buy the game from itch.io (or connect you Patreon membership to get the files from there) - or wait until someone uploads the whole package here...

Details here:

I think you are literally only missing out on that one background image that way; otherwise it will be v1.02. Guessing the menu's image file (also) would have had to had been changed in the assets file, which would have made a small .zip "1.01->1.02" update that the dev kindly made accessible, quite impossible.
Just go ahead and play.
