why my game looks so pixelated bro? what do i do in the options?
You can disable this effect in the Temple.
In the main hall, near the girl, there is a jar with an eye on the side - interacting with it will turn off the strong pixelation effect.

I personally like the pixelated / PSX-style visuals, but I understand that it’s not for everyone, so there is an option to reduce or disable it.

Regarding your review:

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience.

Could you please specify which exact error message appears at startup?
So far, there haven’t been widespread reports of startup crashes, except for an earlier shader-related issue — and that one was addressed by adding the option to skip shader compilation.

Regarding the pixelation:
This is a visual effect, not a bug, and it can be disabled in-game.

As for the DLCs — they only add visual elements and atmosphere. They do not affect core systems or shaders.

I understand that visual style is subjective, and it’s okay if this game isn’t for you.
Still, thank you for leaving feedback — it helps me improve the project.

So, those humanoid female monsters can only look but not have sex? That makes no sense.
At this stage, the game is not designed as constant sex with anything and everything. There are already plenty of games that focus only on that, and that’s not the direction I want to take.
My goal with GOREGASM is to build solid gameplay first, with combat, progression, systems, and atmosphere — and then gradually expand the NSFW layer on top of that foundation.

Right now (this is still version 0.4), sexual content is present but limited:
  • You can interact with Jane in the Temple, including oral sex and a masturbation animation.
  • More scenes, animations, and interactions — including with monsters — are planned for future updates.

Future versions will focus more on new animations, scenes, and NSFW content, once the core is stable after fix bugs.

shaders error
Some players may encounter an error during shader compilation. Because of this, starting from version 0.3, I added a button at the beginning of the game called “Skip Shaders Compilation”.

If you use this option, the game will still work normally — shaders, effects, and textures will load dynamically during gameplay instead of upfront.

If you pressed “Continue” and the shader compilation failed, please try the following:
  1. Close the game
  2. Go to this folder:
    C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Goregasm\Saved\SaveGames
  3. Delete these files:
    • GOREGASM_Audio_Settings.sav
    • GOREGASM_Game_Settings.sav
    • GOREGASM_Shaders_Settings.sav
    • GOREGASM_Video_Settings.sav
  4. Launch the game again — the shader compilation window should appear again.
I will continue looking for a better and more stable solution for this issue in future versions.

i did all of that before posting , it doesnt matter if you do that because once in the game menu settings if you mess with antialising the game will crash too -.-

I can confirm that this happened to me too (AA change from default - crash guaranteed ). But ignoring the settings works. :HideThePain:

And don't screw up this game like the last one, it has potential .:p

This game for sure gave me the same feeling as that old doom hentai, the fighting system is interresting, but i feel the game doesn't give you enough to keep pushing. I get this is the early stage of the game so surely through time, more stuff would be added. If the dev is taking feedback and ideas i would like to share some with him/her, first The bridge, roof, and castle area aren't really that different from each other since you get the same type of enemies with not that much of a variation in combat (maybe you wanted to focus more on the esthetic before trying to add anything, in which case, i think those are some good concept.) Second the enemy types, in case you plan to add more enemies type in the future, could you add maybe some enemies that can interract with the environment or even with the other enemies (the how, can be tricky but i thought something akin to what we tend to see in zombies games/movies could do the trick, otherwise you can do some inbetween pool with the community concerning certain ideas you have or even give suggestions, and the best one get implemented.) Third, i won't lie i am part of the group who are more attracted towards the sex element rather than gameplay, but in my opinion i think you can combine both element instead of treating them apart. For Ex: when you reach that point where you have to implement that "option" where if an enemy is "down" you can get to fuck her, you can add a gameplay element to it where instead of just being a treat to the player where if for example the player get to choose which way he get to fuck (let's say boob/ass, oral, vaginal, anal ) then depending on the specific type of enemy (let's take void spitter for example) it may backfire (if the player choose oral sex where the demon can "suck his cock and seed" but has a chance to keep sucking more than what necessary and in the end the player may lose a power up or those pink cristal or speed....whatever. it will be going from "damn she keep on sucking" to "soul sucking or post orgasm blowjob.") (ps: check on the hub or other site to see what i am talking about.) Samething with those "lesser thrall", they are the base/common enemy so obviously the player will get to see their sex scenes the most, so you could add some little twist here and there, where fucking too many "lesser thrall" give you a random buff or debuff, maybe fucking one with a specific sex position allow her to protect you against a spell or something that the other demons can try to pull on you, maybe they drop a piece of information about the lore. Another idea could be that you add some femdom elements in the game (let's say as potential attacks for the demon) and through upgrade of stats, the player get to choose if yes or not they wanna indulge or they want to reverse the situation by being the one on top (like those "lose control" or reverse domination type of scenario.) Certain object that can be purchase with the witch can be special object that help you deal special effects with certain categories of demon (then again you can add a sex twist to it where yes you can deal more damages to that enemy but you get to also make her more submissive or sensitive during sex thus enabling another sub set of sex scenes uniques to that enemy, or "while it is true that those type of enemy are becoming more slutty, that other type of enemy will become more ferocious or dominant towards you")...... Sorry for the whole speech, but i think your game has some good potential, it can offer more than what other games tend to typically offer, so hope your project get to progress and grow.
PS: what do you plan to do with that fortuna box guy?
