Well, generally you have to be biologically female, within the fertile years (post puberty, pre menopause). Then you need a source of semen, there are sperm banks you can go through or just find a willing partner. After that, it's a matter of timing if the sperm meets an egg, and implants into the lining of the uterus.
Though if you mean in the game, you have to get through a lot of the story first, then the scenes you unlock will result in pregnancy.

Did you play the one posted by Stonefred767? Because I personally think that one was very high quality. Only covers the first 3 chapters but it does a great job.
The unofficial one by Stonefred is much better but only covers the first 3 parts of the game. Still a good bit on content. The MTL one is terrible and unreadable.

There are lots of errors in the last stage, when you're getting pregnant and giving birth, one ocurred with the inn guy and other one with the 2 guys on the 2nd floor, who suggest you to drink, it's 3rd room from the left.

A quick google is suggesting you're missing the attached .js file. And testing by removing it from it's folder I can duplicate the error message so you can try downloading and unzipping this file, placing it in <game folder>/www/js/libs
