801 MB(1 million bytes) is 764 MiB(1.04 million bytes), so file size may look different depending on your OS/the sites' preference.

Wow...there is a 3rd game, I played the 1st but never played the 2nd because they change it to Male protag but THANK GOD its Female protag again.
* The story has no direct connection with past works. *
^We don't mind since many of us played games like Tales of <series name> that don't connect too.

Are these games linked in a chronological storyline or are all installments its own thing?
In Gran Ende I, you will know what is "Gran Ende", and in Gran Ende II, you will meet a person in Gran Ende I and this person background are in Gran Ende I, so they are connected, noh.

First one was a solid little RPG with decent enough everything. Nothing special, yea, but entire cast was likable and was fun to play through.

Second one was a bit different, same general gameplay, but the girl was your party member and it's a very loving....ish, slowburn corruption of her.

Generally, both games don't go over the top, nonsense whoring that makes zero sense. Also, all of the titles have had pretty good translations.

Really think about it, how many RPGM porn games have good translation, good characters, decent story, decent gameplay? It might look average, but compared to the RPGM genre as a whole... it's not so average.

While all the stories are not directly connected, you can still find some subtle hints about the world progression.
In one of the books in the library there's the name NEO mentioned who appeared as a character in the first game with the name NEJO (Name got scrambled in the translation, I know, sorry..., also don't confuse this name with the bandit leader in this game, they are not the same person.). But in the first game she isn't known as a hero yet.... This shows a significant time skip from the first game and the third game, but I don't know how much.
