I think your minimising Tanya's upbringing, she was very much into the religious mindset and took quite some time for her to even do pre marital sex, for her to go from that to full blown harem will not be easy.
It is also hard to say if she cares about her parents or not anymore, yes they are ass holes for only giving her their options, however until that moment it sounds like Tanya had a decent relationship with them, she may just be thinking this is a bump in the road with them instead of a dead end.

As much as I like a loving family this story goes too far and is fast becoming a fuck fest - not enough choice when it comes to picking prospective LI - it does give one some choices with outside the family girls bit you are inevitably forced to a harem without specifically asking for it
