It won't be removed until a couple of updates after it happens so as not to spoil it.
TBH there's not much point to the warning anymore. At least a half dozen people are asking about it weekly anyway so I'm not sure it really works anymore. When we finally do have sex with Nana there's gonna be like, 20 pages of comments talking about nothing but it about 5 minutes after the update drops.
