Nice idea, but not possible in reality. When you decide you want to look for and find taboo stuff, drugs, porn, etc., you'll eventually find it. I did, you did, everybody does. Block phones, and computers, and your kids will go to their friends and find it there, or meet a stranger, which is worse. Having a strong line of communication with your kids is the best option.
