The scene is from awhile ago already, not sure might have been part 3 even, where grand-nan is on travel and has her car breakdown with her having no money at the ready and visits mc's car shop to have her car fixed. Without her knowing that MC is her grandson and if remember right Liz offers a different form of payment that she can make.

I remember years ago, when I was but a fledgling, a girl full of wonder at this thing we call the interwebs.
I saw some awesome trolling back then. I remember one in the World of Warcraft forums from a guy claiming to have "beaten the game" and managed to get people raging for hundreds of pages about how an MMO couldn't be beaten but he just kept stringing them along for weeks.
It did make me chuckle.
I don't think we can really call it trolling anymore. They never get the response a troll post should get. It's more like that annoying kid in the playground that talks way too loud to get attention but the other kids ignore them anyway.
