Finished the game last night, and while the game is a bit rough around the edges I think it has great potential.
To start with the positives, the art is great, the characters are very expressive and have nice differing themes and designs (even if the body types are a bit samey).
The writing is also great, every character has clear personality and the humor is top notch. Nothing is taken too seriously and the harem girls are more reluctant than anything, which I really like over it being rape.
As for the problems, the first one would be crashing. My game must have crashed at least 5 times over my playthrough for no apparent reason and at random moments, so that's something that needs looking into.
Secondly, the random encounters are a bit too frequent in my opinion. I think having them is fine, they just need to be toned down a little.
As for the future, have a few things I'd like to suggest.
First, I think it'd be cool of when you raid a fort or something like that, you actually take part in it like a battle where you do several battles in a row, ending with a boss or mini-boss, depending on the location.
Second, I think being open-ended could be a big strength for this game. With that in mind, I think it would be really cool if it was possible to save Darcia somehow. It'd be a shame to have her die no matter what with the work you've put into her battle sprites and skills, not to mention the possibilities for sex scenes. I think it could still fit just fine into the story, saving Darcia would make her stop underestimating Grolokk, and by the end of the first area she'd consider him an equal. I know personally that I'd like to see her go from rude and fiesty to being subservient to Grolokk.
Third, some of the harem girls feel like they should be party members, but aren't. The main one right now would be the Witch, who I imagine could be a magic user similar to Stank-Breath but trading durability and attack strength for more powerful magic and more utility.
Fourth, I think it would help with variety if not all of the harem girls are human. It would be nice to get some other races in there too. Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes, maybe even the odd attractive female Orc or some other non-pink skinned race.
Finally, it doesn't feel like each individual harem girl is worth the work you have to put in to get them. There are a few ways this could be fixed.
1. You need a certain number if harem girls before hiring goblins for them to be "entertained", right? This could be implemented where every time you enter the camp there's a random chance a goblin or several will be having fun with a harem girl. By interacting with them you can either watch as the girl gets used by the goblins for a new scene, or you can demand they stop at once and let you have your way with her.
2. One thing I noticed is a distinct lack of anal scenes. If there is one the penetration isn't visible, so I couldn't even tell. It would make sense, since raw, unenthusiastic anal sex will be difficult and painful for the receiver. This could be a side quest kind of like the one with Creamia. Instead of procuring a source of Milk, you'd be able to get a source of some kind of lubricant, and that would open up the option of anal sex with your harem girls.
3. The simplest, you could just add different interactions with each harem girl, like with the peasant girl whose name I somehow can't remember.
With all that being said I hope development continues smoothly, I like what there is so far and as said before it has a lot of potential.
