I started the game, but after passing the area with the fairies English dialog mostly stopped and almost everything started being written in Japanese and then I met some priest who spoke english for a bit before switching back to Japanese and then I ran into some dark forest area without enemies and without exit and got stuck. Check updates from half a year ago or something. Debt collector event. Been explained about dozen of times how to get there (black market fella gives you a loan and you just get much more debt than you can pay off).
