If you mean the one from the downloads in OP then yes they should have the DLC costume included in the files.

Think it's the usual Steam patch to restore cut out scenes, they did say the Steam version plus patch equals the DLSite game.There's mention of a patch to at least reduce the censor here, but the link is dead. I downloaded the game from sukebei.nyaa.si but upon running the game the following message shows up:
"Failed to load PlayerSettings (internal index #0).
Most likely data file is corrupted, or built with mismatching
editor and platform support versions."
