The entire story so far seems to revolve around the MC and Hazel. I don't mind that, but did I miss some other paths or something?

No, dev planning updates like full focus on X character, then next update full focus on Y character like that. And he said 0.8 will be about Hazel too. 0.9 (if we can live long enoguh to see) will be about other character

if its a tgl or ldl issue u can try lipitor if high risk or movacor 20mg if low risk but if u want to avoid statins as they lead to muscle loss you can try bile acid sequestrants. if want to stick plainly to diet and nutrition avoiding medications than high fiber diet and occasional vitamin b3 can also do wonders. take care of the heart man, u only have one
