if its a tgl or ldl issue u can try lipitor if high risk or movacor 20mg if low risk but if u want to avoid statins as they lead to muscle loss you can try bile acid sequestrants. if want to stick plainly to diet and nutrition avoiding medications than high fiber diet and occasional vitamin b3 can also do wonders. take care of the heart man, u only have one
