Actually I am a little amazed that you didn't get those achievements. The game is pretty linear, there are not that many routes. Anyway I'll enclose the save files in which I received all my achievements. Try these and let me know if you succeed getting them.
All three are the ending files of the routes I have taken.
By the way: the developer issued a small update after episode 9 was made public but that update didn't arrived here.

I think indeed that it is a glitch. I hope this will be fixed when episode 10 will be issued. One question: did you try a new installation? Because previously I did overwrite and that gave sometimes troubles.Maybe it's a game glitch

Yes, in fact I did it with the normal and the compromised version. I even bought the game on steam (it's a gem, I like it a lot) I downloaded it from the forum to try to use the "0x52_URM" and see all the possible images, and even so this image persists:

Just replayed this masterpiece. Brecleas is a master of his craft.
I hope once he's done with the story he has made enough that he can go back through and animate the sex scenes. It's quite literally the only thing about the game I don't like. Everything else is beuno.
