Yeah so… this needs heavy work. I booted up the game, put myself 200K in debt to get a JK and a JC to start. The games memory leak nearly are my computer alive but I managed to save my game and close it.
Upon reopening and loading the save file I now have 1 millions dollars, the two girls I recruited are gone, and all of the rooms are now filled with invisible pregnant girls with maxed out stats.
I highly doubt that is the intended function.

Don't know if the creator will read this, but I will preface that normally I'm for being patient for the free version I believe with how non-functional the version is it might be wise to put the latest version on sooner than later, or that hotfix if it works to see to the issues presented. It might draw more people to wanting to pay for further development with the ability to see what they might be paying for. In the end it's your decision, I just down want to see this project die cause it wasn't funded enough, it genuinely looks like it would be a good and worth while buy, and if I wasn't broke I'd throw money at it myself. And who knows, others might still throw money at it feeling the same way I do, all we ask is don't pull the development purgatory most patreon games do

how the hell to you play the game? I can't go to any screen other than the starting ones
you know i think it dead. i looked at the patreon and last update was beginning of feb and it now April
I think you might be right dude. sad to say but I'd give it a month or something to wait and see.

This. Very good opinion, one I share. With how broken, unplayable, and borderline paperweight-like the game's state is with what's publicly released on this thread, it would be more than wise to update it with at least... Maybe a version that isn't so buggy. It could be three or four versions behind compared to the Patreon, but I definitely think there's something that needs to be done about free releases vs. paid releases. Having what's in this thread be what people see before they throw money into your cause is a bit of a... well, it's definitely not winning any awards, to say the least.
I want to like this game, love the concept.

So its not dead, received a update a few days ago, that said, update isnt very huge, at least not visibly for us.
Recruiting girls has been made a tad more challenging, more guesswork needed
and you have to choose a type of contract, which will affect happiness.
Game is made easier to translate trough google sheets.
Bugs, quite a few of them, as expected.
