Things are still being added ofc it's still currently in development but hopefully, the developer gets everything fixed including the game bugs.
In the DNA Research Lab, There is some researches that unlocks the DNA slots and the drug slots.
are that group green/lime, upper side is for dna slots and lower but first to get imo is for drugs that are cheaper to get and more available at start since must spend at least 200.000 or those 250k you start with with first girl recruit, may upgrade starport to get more customers for girls, and keep their virginity (if any) safe to get some extra money from most of work since only count as negative those who dislike virginity .
there are some perks girls have, but hope will be possible soon to see those without totally recruiting a girl , the only 2 ones that can be guessed are spoiled brat and shopaholinc , since one investigation costs a lot, around 6% only for 10k credits, and the other same amount for 12% apart from that those ones seem not having any other impact on girls, the others like lewd/prude raise or lower lust, student/lazy same for iq, and so on the best one i saw until now is pretty girl that raises charm, as that stat cannot be raised by drugs

Managed to play more of this game with a bit of help from this forum as well as a bit of blind luck.
The game as it is right now feels like a tech demo. I like the fact that we're already able to see all the planned features (DNA modifications, drugs, randomly generated girls, wide choice of sexual partners), but we're also exposed to a few of the shortcomings in such a game - memory leaks (8GB ram taken up in screen transitions), broken saves, surgeries not respecting final choices (you can keep adding and removing DNA mods and rack up ridiculous costs without ever confirming the operation - I assume this is unintended behaviour though), inability to choose font size without also changing screen resolution...
That said, I'm keen to see where this project goes. It feels quite promising, especially once the major issues get ironed out.

Drag and drop the icon from the right side of the screen to one of the slots. Then it shows you how much it will charge you to "approve" the surgery and if you click the button until it changes to zero it will charge you and commit those drugs/DNA mods.
Yes giving them drugs requires surgery lol
yes, those drug operations seem to me more like some underskin device that doses every day without their knowledge, how else all operations are done at night? when you can work on them maybe using some sedatives.
now that part is very buggy, i need to make each operation one by one, then leave to selection screen to assure it is done correctly, about drugs, just take care that all operations you do modify numbers and bonuses are shown or exit and go back again until done, shame as moving a pill it takes 5k in or out, and may need to move from slot one to two to make it work
apart from that on dna implants, noticed if have a lot available that box to choose them has broken limits as seem to move to upper side, and count as increased cost for operation, but instead of putting them, are removing those from lower row (slots 2 4 and 6) hope will be fixed on next update, but prior imo is loading saves correctly working.. because doing all that same stuff a bunch of times may bore a lot
Oh yeah and the localisation for the breast mods is not there, and i think the effects arent there as well cause i see no change in the breast size or description so thats bugged

from what i understand , breast size DNA changes only set the limit of breastsize you can have derrived from pregnancies. doesn't enlarge them directly.

btw the save ficture does not work right now >.> also picking clients does nothing
Not that it doesnt do anything per se, picking clients is meant to allow for the sex scene at night and does give you money when the next day comes, but the sex scenes are currently just a placeholder of one pregnant white-haired girl that can be seen by clicking the sex scene button on the top left hand corner of the girls stats.
