It might be closer to be finished than you think.
I poked around in the demo out of curiosity and I remember finding what looked like the full list of status effects, among other things. If there isn't more planned, it's probably a matter of debugging and completing all the various scenes.
Though, I didn't see any traces of an "alternative suit" status effect, despite both of the Hasumi games and HACHINA having one, it would be a missed opportunity to not have one in this game. So perhaps I'm wrong and it is uncomplete.

Thanks for the infos, if I get him right, he ´s working on some tentacle action for the game at the moment. I ´m pretty sure, the game will be very good when it is finished, the Dev team is very smart and the gameplay is already pretty good, might have been a good move to leave unity side scroller and doing a basedefence game, as it ´s niche and hasn ´t much good games in that genre. About the english translation, I think he ´s considering some skilled ppl might do an english mtl anyway so they could spare the money for it.The game isnt finished though, the demo might contain some data thats locked in the cutting room floor but he's not designed every enemy yet, I asked how many enemies will be in the full version and he said he isnt sure because he's not at that stage yet. I assume we'll get about 9 - 12 enemies in total and he must have done the weapons because you see empty boxes, you will probably get launchers with splash damage, maybe something like caltrops, laser weapons etc.
There will be an 'alternative suit' for definite because you even see it on a Game-Over CG, shes like in some ecchi nurse outfit and you actually see these nurses on his Ci-en page that will have the same pattern behaviour as the male combatants. I assume once you get caught by them multiple times her outfit will change and remain like that until you finish the stage. The visor works the same, if you get caught by one and after cumming more than 2/3 times the visor remains fixed to her face just like with Hasumi.
You will probably get enemies that fire projectiles back at you, maybe some that will move faster than the player.
But I dont think this game is near completion I could be wrong but a test build of Sinister 2 came out literally over a year ago and thats only getting released this month and that uses the Unity Engine too.
As for English, its likely you will get it I think both Hasumi and Hachina got official English versions but he is still undecided about Night Watch. Its a bit sketchy ATM due to DLsite censoring their games and the MC does pretty much dress like a schoolgirl

I don't think that the developer even has any actual translator in their team. It's probably MTL.A bunch of text still isn't translated after all these months.

The undercloth is probably that way because of the game's theme and heavy emphasis on BDSM fetish.

Does this work on v1.12?I updated the Difficulty mod by fdjghjk to version 1.11 (for 32- and 64-bit versions) as well as the mod's edit by Yuizorb that enables debug mode and adds a stamina bar. (They should all work correctly.) In the edit, I added a line so that the stamina recovery calculations work as stated; I also added the ability to use a higher or lower amount of stamina recovery.
In both the edit and the original mod, I added the ability to disable the resist mechanics by placing a file "disableResistPenalty.txt" in the same folder as the game application. This allows you to play the game using the original resist mechanics.
Alternately, if you add the file "disableResistPenalty.txt" to disable the restraint mechanics of the Difficulty mod, you can include the BepInEx plugin "srknight.RestraintDifficultyPlugin.dll" by .cypher and use its resist mechanics. Differences between the two is that the Difficulty mod has additional fixed struggle increases at higher difficulties, while the BepInEx plugin allows you to set maximum and minimum percentages for the struggle penalty.Also, the bindCount variable, which increases the struggle penalty, does not reset when moving to a new map in the BepInEx plugin.
If using the plugin, make sure to use the recompiled version so that the application file name doesn't matter.
Also, make sure to NOT use the BepInEx plugin "srknight.CheatMenuPlugin.dll" if you use the Difficulty mod, as they have some equivalent code.
Edit: I have corrected them so that the window size shouldn't matter. The cheat menu text should appear in the upper right regardless of the window dimensions, and the stamina bar (for the edit by Yuizorb) should appear below the other bars and should look the same as long as the ratio of dimensions is similar. (I think the original window dimensions for the mod was 2560x1440, which is double the initial window dimensions of 1280x720.)
Edit 2: I added another line in the Yuizorb edit to match a variable definition so that you have full stamina when entering a new map. I included these as separate files in case you prefer starting an area with 0 stamina.
Edit 3: I added code using a new static variable so that the bindCount variable, which increases each time you struggle and escape, is not reset when changing maps.

I added some missing translations that I noticed. I have also included the Assembly-CSharp.dll files with only the translation fixes for 32- and 64-bit versions.
