Been playing this game for a few years, I quite enjoy it usually. Not many trainers let you be kind and treat the ladies with compassion and respect, so it stands out there.
Have to say I liked the lewd scenes a bit better before the animations. Seems like there were more renders and dialogue in them. Once they started get animations, they all feel so short. They don't seem to have as much intimacy as they once did.
That, and my best girl Sonya not getting any sex scenes added to her gallery for ages, are my only complaints with the game.

Also, can't peep on her in her room, also her maintenance and training rewards/punishments have been stagnant for well over a year.
There are some really nice scenes in the main game gallery though, so I'm happy when we get one of those.

Huh... that's odd. The game itself shouldn't be taking many resources others than to decode the webp images and display a few static images. I suspect that there is possibly an error that gets throws perpetually, maybe causing slow down from error spam. If you like you can send me your Player.log. You can find it in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\HachiGames\HailDicktator\

That usually indicates that resources can't be loaded due to them missing or file corruption. Best bet is to re-download and unzip again.

If u added save file delete the file the game will read.

If u added any files cheat or gallery unlocked delete the file the game will read.

If u didn't add anything reinstall the game.

If not Clean ur DATA or ur OS Carefully for not missing some important files of Windows system or any important files

didn't do any of the above, just download the new version of the game, tried to open and keeps loading, tried to reinstall but same problem
Edit: Figured out the problem, if u type ALT + 255 it gives this symbol " " it's invisible and the game was having problem reading it

Every update ends at 100%.
With new update it drops usually back to aprox 98% to get to 100% at the end of update.

^should be 97 or 96 since completing 1 quest brings new quests.
