Agreed. They've really made magic fleshing out these characters' personalities. And good lord, Haley is the ultimate scene thief. I just can't get over how enjoyable her dialogue is.
Edit: As an aside, I went back and read many of the comments around the .60 era in the thread. The rape story outrage back then was a complete "whew lad." I suppose many folks will be averse to powerful exposition that gives real meaning to the story being told.

I don't have much to say. Everything is on time, and we'll be uploading the release on Sunday. The only thing that has us a little worried are the extra animations in this update. But we should be able to handle it. Almost all the images have been prepared for rendering. It's just a matter of letting the PC's do the actual thing. If there is a delay, it will be a 1 day delay. I say that, just in case the PC's won't finish quite on time. But we don't think so. It will be ready on Sunday.
One more thing. With it being December and our usual second release date being the 25'th, we'll just realease it for everyone on the 20'th. We'll be busy on Christmas day, and I'm sure all of you will as well.

Just a heads up, I was on Discord earlier today and read that the content of this update will be for the Sandra/Haley path, so if you aren't on that one, not much else to do.

Right! And I'm sure that fact will be mentioned several more times here too. I intend to do so when it comes out.
Will it make a difference? Not a chance! There will be multiple posts asking whether Adriana is in this release, or even wondering why there is absolutely nothing new in this new release.
I'm not sure that if a 6-inch banner was placed on the OP about what was in the release, if even that would help.Well, you tried. Probably some people will be helped by your post. So, there's that.

Yeah I'm on a Haley - only path atm, (briefly considered bringing in Lisa) and I'm really enjoying it alot more than I would have thought, needless to say, nothing for me in this pending update...

Can anyone tell me the difference between version .96 and version .97? Normally i would just check the chanlog but its doesnt have one. Was just wondering if there was any major changes and if i should download .97 or just wait till next update.

As a Haley solo route player, nothing a gud old speedrun can't fix to enjoy more of Her and Sandra on this route!

My understanding is each update rotates, one is the Sandra route and then the Adriana route and supposedly there is a solo Haley route too. The current one is Sandra's so I have no idea what's on it.

IIRC, this Sandra/Haley path will be the last major content update for Sandra until her epilogue. So looks like we're finally getting to the end.
