For the Western posters, October ushers in the Halloween season. I've decided to throw together a quick list of games to fit various tastes for quick reference. This thread is also open to other suggestions, but I may be too busy to update them into the OP.
I'm a hetero male and I don't mind incest games, so this list reflects those tastes. If you have a gay or lesbian game that you'd like to recommend for others, feel free.
Straight Up Halloween (updated 10/12)
Mall Creeps - 2D - It's an unfinished game as of this posting, but the clean point & click adventure format feels good, the characters are all fun, and the art direction is top tier. I can't wait to see how far this goes.
Halloween Harem - 2D Art & Animation with 3D environments, Unity - a quick 1-2 hour game with Halloween monster girls. Kinda hits a dead end once you've unlocked everything, but the small sandbox environment keeps everything concise and most of the fetch quests are easy.

Witch Halloween - 2D, Other, VN
Fright Night Sex Fest - 3D, Unity
Haunted by Natalie - 2D, Ren'Py, VN - In a motel-room on halloween night there is a knock on your door.

Shag The Hag - 3D, Ren'Py - "An insomniac ventures into the nearby woods at night and discovers its lonely female occupants live under the curse of a crazed Necromancer. Unfortunately, there's only one way he'll be able to lift the curse and be with the women he loves. He'll need to Shag the Hag..." Also could qualify in the Monster Girl section, but the interface and colors and tone feel push this into Halloween vibes.
Horror Games (updated 10/12)
QPrey: Escape from Lake Thing - 3D, Ren'Py - a young man and an older woman (I recommend a patch for this one) are quarantined at a remote cabin. A supernatural force begins corrupting the body of the main character while his relationship evolves. It takes about 2-4 hours to complete and has nice animations and character renders
Once in a Lifetime - 3D, Ren'Py, VN - While the majority of the game has a light-hearted comedic tone, the actual plot involves dark magic, the occult, and there's a lot of horror imagery.
MIST - 3D, Ren'Py - manages to toe the line between actual horror and a sexy dating sim. It takes it's survival elements and difficulty seriously, which can make the game feel like a grind, and the character models may not be for everyone, but it's a highly regarded game for a reason
Area 69 - 3D Ren'Py - Rumors of vampires, ghosts, aliens to investigate and many mature and young women to meet and conquer.
Dreams of Desire - 3D, Ren'Py - For the majority of the game it feels like a dating sim with corruption elements. As the plot progresses, it becomes more and more horror focused. It also has explicit Halloween scenes
Spooky Milk Life - 2D, Unity -
Deluded - 3D, Unreal - a horror mystery with tentacles
Pattern Screamers - 2D - Wonderful art direction and character designs. A young woman tries to escape a scary mansion.
Demon Boy - 3D, Ren'Py -
Countess In Crimson - 3D - a fully-fleshed out game with erotic elements. Prepare to be fully invested in gameplay rather than clicking through ren'py dialogue looking for another scene
Zombie's Retreat - 2D, RPGM - the breast sizes in Siren's Domain's games are ridiculously big. Despite that, their games are fun. This game has you exploring a summer camp overrun by zombies.
Zombie's Retreat 2: Gridlocked - 2D, RPGM - most reviews I've read put this higher than the original. The art direction is a big cleaner and more dynamic.
Kindread: The Redburns - 3D, Ren'Py - another zombie apocalypse game where you are housed with redheads
Deviant Anomalies - 3D, Ren'Py - It may be too grotesque or a casual play, but this certainly leans into its horror tropes without restraint
Bite - 3D, Ren'Py - In this game, you will encounter various beasts, witches, wolves, hunters and various types of vampires. Will you be able to survive the bite? Even if you survive the bite, will you be able to control your urges and survive in this most dangerous world?
Abaddon: Princess of the Decay - 2D, RPGM - inspired by classic NES games that deals with haunted corruption
Bones' Tales: The Manor - (warning, there is some extreme content--bestiality--that is optional) Solid pixel-ish art design, although it feels unfinished
Superhuman - 2D, Ren'Py, VN -
Translyvania - 2D, HTML - I'm not the biggest fan of text-heavy games, but I can't deny the excellent art direction and gothic horror tone
Captivity - 2D Pixel, Unity - A bloody and assault-heavy sidescroller shooter
Afterschool Tag - 2D, Pixel - a younger male protagonist runs from monster girls
SiniSistar - 2D, Pixel, Unity - a 2D action platformer with gothic horror vibes. Like a darker Castlevania. Fair warning, the gameplay loop makes you experience a lot of assault.
DeadMoon Survival - 3D, Ren'Py, VN -
Project Venus - 3D renders, pixel 3D overhead camera, RPGM - another zombie game, inspired by Resident Evil series (but not a direct parody), with shooting. The creator isn't into zombie or monster sex.

Spooky Starlets: Movie Maker - 2D, Unity - The Spooky Starlets character style returns. This is a deck-based card battler where you design porn shoots with monster girls through cards you draw. Janky, unfinished, but the concept is interesting and the monster girl designs look great.
Ghost Love - 2D, Ren'Py, VN - Romance Fade the ghost as well as her friends Rei, Kara, and Estria
Pornographic Parodies
Amity Park -2D, Ren'Py - the Danny Phantom world is a solid choice for an adult game, and the art direction matches the original character designs.
Dimitrescu's Lewd Castle - 3D, Ren'Py - It's not polished, but it's focused on everyone's favorite giant monster mommy.
Resident Milf - 2D - Another Dimitrescu parody
Creepy House -2D, VN - An Addams Family parody with Morticia and Wednesday. Still early in development, so it's short.
The Horny Mansion - 2D, Unity - A parody of Disney's The Haunted Mansion ride.
The Mystery of Shagworthy's Legacy - 2D, Ren'Py, VN - a Scooby Doo parody with really nice art direction
Scooby Doo: A Depraved Investigation - 2D, Unity
Velma's Mysteries of the Burroughs Manor -2D, Ren'Py, VN
Inc House - 2D, Ren'Py - I am too old to know what The Loud House actually is, but this parody seems to lean into spookier characters? The art direction looks unique, and while this isn't specifically horror or Halloween, it feels appropriate
