There is still characterization during the route. That's the problem with it. Not the NTR but how the heroine handled it.
Thats very important in NTR plots especially.

I did the NTR ending i still fapped to it i feel really dirty now but after doing the 3 endings i feel good even tho its depressing its still million times better than a no brainer NTR plot

So here a proper guide for the game:
First and foremost,you should always chat with her in the afternoon and evening,but not fret,even if you miss one dialogue or two,it will be ''saved'' for the next day,there is a few extra days to clear everything,so don't stress much about it.
Second of all,in order to unlock the H scenes,most of them are located in the CARE events,by the side,which it's pretty straighforward.For the rest of them you have to increase the happiness level through flirting,for vigilance you wanna decrease to zero instead.You can do that by chatting with her and selecting the correct option in the morning:Investigating your bed,fitness equipment,tv,books,retro entertainment,not the ones like: Investigate the anklet, room,door,windows,cabinets.Sometimes you might get a ????? option,that is a care event or another type of event,try to get those instead.
Furthermore having the seggs it's a good way to increase/decrease both levels,so use as much as possible. By balancing both levels you should be able to unlock everything(Don't forget to check the dynamic scenes and first time as well).
One more things,try to rotate your saves,and reserve one save with 80 happiness,then you can get the three first endings easily.You can get the third ending by raising your vigilance level in the morning,even if you have 80 happiness,it's not gonna trigger if you have more then 0 vigilance.(I'm gonna replay the game and write the rest of the guide later).
Boobjob:I unlocked in the third day with 10 happiness and 83 vigilance level..
Missionary:I unlocked with 22 happiness and 71 vigilance.
2nd blowjob:Not having any h-scenes,including care events,for 2 days
Doggstyle:I have 83 and vigilance level 11 in the 15 day,this took the longest to unlock,honestly I don't know which factor to trigger it.
Spooning: I have 100 happiness and 0 vigilance at the 18nth day,maybe the trigger is to check both first and dynamic scenes?
For the 4th ending:Be careful in the 11,14 and 17 days,they have specials events related to this ending,so avoid triggering care events at this point.(EDIT:you can see the care events later,just be sure to save before selecting one)

I look at it like this. They added NTR endings just to get NTR fans. It's like any game where 99% is NTR and 1% is "happy ending" in the end for romance fans. Devs like to milk both sides somehow.

The only thing that ever makes me feel NTR'd is when people on these forums come on here and cry and whine about it. Look guys that cant face reality. Not every story is a happy 1. Stories dont always have happy endings and they sometimes turn out not how you expected or wanted them to.
