Love this game. The setup and dialogue are great. The way she's the most powerful person around, but she's still getting dragged into these things. It's super hot.
0.7 update uses "their/your" instead of "they're/you're" a lot. You might want to go back and fix that.

Loved the first dildo scene. She makes a huge one and she's so horny that she just shoves the whole thing inside her in one go.

It's on the main path with the Captain. When she spies them fucking through the mirror.
I imagine it would be a part of an upcoming request from the Captain to improve and show her devotion. Maybe even leading into a scenario with the guards. All in the effort to deceive him into thinking she is still under the influence of the machine. After all, she is a sorceress with a tremendous transformation ability. Alternatively, perhaps a scene with the clone and maid to continue making various body enhancements.
