Nope.
One of the main plot is you Fucking The city Guard Captain to get to The people who made the Hypno Machine .

So No Lesbian only Route. Its one of main story quests to get the plot moving.

Quiver Q in discord mentioned Upcoming update adds the next scene in the Park Statue exhibitionism sidequest. After that he will be moving onto new content, starting with a scene featuring the Ogress settling into her new role within the Sorceress's household.

Which means Ogress update is going to be v0.14
