Jeez, just started this - how are you meant to build up subordination? Only noticed 2 random events that do it so far. Way more of a grind than even knowledge seems to be.

I don't know if there is a decent english walkthrough somewhere, i never found one, only hints,
like not to use the Terminator cheat, because it bugs some of the events, you need to advance the main story.
