think am at the end of this update but want to make sure. At 46% with rosie, finish the surprise scene. is that the last one cant seem to raize the level of her.

First ever mention of a tree house, I guess the one we see on the title screen will have some use with Mika, maybe... 
So, 100% level 1 with Mika, no change with the other girls (51% lvl 4 with Rosie, 100% lvl 3 with Lucy for an eternity, 5% lvl 1 with Mary).

After 1 and half year i tried it again, and i did everything the game had to do in a couple of hour, 95% of that time was purely grind.
